An award-winning director and photographer.
I create work that celebrates life and the people who live it loudly.
I’m the founder of Cardboard Projects LA, a small production company with some of my favorite people in the world.
I grew up in Seattle, grew up some more in New York City, and bounced around LA, Tokyo, and Paris as well.
I’ve worked for some great brands, agencies, and publications throughout my career – Nike, Adidas, Wieden & Kennedy, Publicis, Rolling Stone, and Vogue. I delivered newspapers to Kurt Cobain too.
I recently won my second Clio for Best Director, helped women in the Olympics demand equal pay, and climbed El Cap for my 40th birthday.
I believe great work comes from an exciting mix of planning, trusting your gut, collective courage, and early mornings and late nights. Craft them together with joy and gaff tape.
I was on PDN Magazine’s 30 under 30,... a long time ago.
